He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Cullen and Ann Cullen (Brown); his wife Anne C. "Ginger" Cullen (Cantwell); and his brothers, Vincent Cullen and David Cullen.
He is survived by: his children, David G. Cullen (Jeannie Johnson) of Athol, John F. Cullen of Belmont, Cathie A. Milligan (John) of York, ME, Stephen P. Cullen (Caroline) of Framingham, Robert M. Cullen of Belmont, Kerry E. Reilly (Steven) of Shirley and Paul C. "Hotis" Cullen of Belmont; and his sister Ann Moran of Worcester. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
