With profound sadness, we say goodbye to George F. Cox of Belmont, Massachusetts, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. George left this world on March 8, 2025 at the age of 81, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Clare Cox (McDonnell); his sons, Matthew Cox of Belmont and Joshua McDonnell (Donna) of Fairfield, CT.; his grandchildren, Cameron and Ryan McDonnell; his siblings, Rosemary Dulac, Paul Dulac of Belmont and Margaret Cox; his sisters-in-law, Mary McDonnell, Cecilia McDonnell and Margaret (Robert Davidson); and his nephews, Bobby, Eric Davidson, Peter and Paul Dulac.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brown & Hickey Funeral Home (36 Trapelo Rd, Belmont, MA 02478). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St Luke Church (132 Lexington St, Belmont, MA 02478).
