It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anthony Forziati of Belmont, Massachusetts, born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 4, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony E. Forziati and Gaetana "Ida" Forziati (Marotta); and his former wife Karen Forziati (Mulkeen). He is survived by: his daughters, Maura Forziati of Mashpee and Julie Forziati (Peter Mayotte) of Mashpee; his grandson Peter Mayotte II; and his siblings, Elaine L. Forziati of Medway and Leonard V. Forziati, Sr. (Susan Forziati) of No. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may be made in Anthony's memory to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute, 450 Brookline Ave, Boston, MA 02215.
