Boultenhouse (Blake); his children, Brian Boultenhouse (Katie-Lynn Boultenhouse) of Waterville, Dan Boultenhouse of Laconia and Shea Boultenhouse of Bellingham; his grandson William Boultenhouse; and his siblings, Paul Boultenhouse of Arizona, Janet Normandin (Eric) of Franklin and Diane Boultenhouse-Santagate (Dede) of Uxbridge. He is also survived by many loving family members and lifelong friends.
