It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sheila Melanson (Bellingham, Massachusetts), born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 7, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Whalen and Dorothy E. Whalen (June); and her siblings, Edward Whalen and Patricia Wilkes (Whalen). She is survived by: her husband John J. Melanson; her children, John J. Melanson Jr. (Heidi), Michelle L. Melanson and Christine M. Criasia (James Dailey III); her grandchildren, Amanda Debroisse (Cory), Ashley A. Melanson (Michael Beaudet), James K. Melanson, Samantha L. Criasia, Emma Melanson and Zane Melanson; her great grandchild Savannah Debroisse; and her siblings, Robert Whalen (Sau Thi) of New Mexico, June Donnelly (Phillip), Debrah Monez (Joseph), Helen Pleau (Bill) and Christina Whalen. She is also survived by her husband, her children and all of her grandchildren.
