He is survived by: his children, Rich Teter (Karen) of Harrisville, RI and Michelle Roy (Edward) of North Attleboro; his siblings, Kenneth J. Teter of Marlborough and Barbara Ann Thomas of St. Louis, MO; and his grandchildren, Noel Teter, Zachary Roy and Robert Sassi.
