With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Prudence Rezendes (Bellingham, Massachusetts), born in New Bedford, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 4, 2018 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Leonard I.; and her son Scott Rezendes. She is survived by: her spouse George C. Rezendes; her parent Gladys Poirier (Beard); her children, Nancy B. Schonberg of Bellingham and Doug J. Rezendes of Blackstone; her siblings, Clinton (Jocelyn Poirier) of Dartmouth and Sue (Roland Yerid) of Dartmouth; her aunt Millie Coyne; her daughter-in-law Karen Durudogan of Portsmouth, RI; her grandchildren, Christopher, Shawn, Sarah, Jake and Hunter; and also Marcia Fontaine. She is also survived by 5 step-grandchildren, great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
