He is survived by: his wife Elsje Macaulay; his sister Sharon Small (Wilson); his nieces, Erin (Philip), Anita, Lauren (Richard), Marianne and Suzanne (Wouter); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jack, Ruby, Molly, Austin, Ozzy, Laurie, Britney and Marcus.
