He is survived by: his children, Lisa (Johnnie Crowley) of Weymouth and Gary Fialkosky (Justine) of West Newton; his grandchildren, Rachel Murphy, Jessica, Jared, Alicia Crowley, Sophia and Jillian Fialkosky; and his brother Sonny Fialkosky of California. He is also survived by his family and friends.
