She is survived by: her husband Francis X. Costello; her children, Eileen Kampersal (Kerry) of Holliston and Francis Jr.; her wife Lydia of Florida; and also Bryan (Roseann). She is also survived by nine grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Medway Country Manor, 115 Holliston St. Medway, MA 02053.
