She was predeceased by: her father Robert F. O'Donnell. She is survived by: her mother Virginia Dale of Medway; her children, Amanda Sears (Cameron) of Uxbridge and Chuck Matatall (Leah Stanley) of Bellingham; and her granddaughters, Avery, Olivia, Gianna, Eleanor and Emma.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in Leeann's memory to the Medway Food Pantry, 600 Mahan Circle, Medway, MA 02053.
