He is survived by: his children, Thomas Rigney (Shannon) of Niantic, CT, Edward Rigney (Karen) of Uxbridge, MA and Scott Rigney (Tonyah) of Stevens, PA.; his grandchildren, Adam, Kyle, Teddy, Liam, Regan and Rocco; and his brother Joseph Rigney (Micki) of Green Valley, AZ..
