He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Barbara Hughes (Snyder); his parents, Norman R. Hughes and Stephanie Hughes Glasford; his stepparent Okie Glasford of Waltham; his son Connor Hughes of Bellingham; his stepbrother Paul Hughes of Florida; his sister-in-law Leslie Signore (Adam) of Medway; his nephews, Michael and Matthew; and his niece Jessica.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his memory to MSPCA-Angell Fund 350 S. Huntington Ave. Jamacia Plain, MA 02130.
