He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph D. and Yvette R.. He is survived by: his wife Dianne R. Sullivan (Tappin); his sons, Joseph A. Sullivan (Shannon Lynch) of Bellingham, MA and Mark H. Sullivan of Quincy, MA.; his grandchildren, Brielle Sullivan and Kaylee Sullivan; his siblings, Dennis M. Sullivan (Linda) of Bellingham, MA and Patricia J. Szymanowski (Edward) of Syracuse, NY; and his brother-in-law David Tappin of Winchendon, MA. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
