He was predeceased by: his parent Robert J. Berkeley; and his sibling Robert Berkeley (Rob). He is survived by: his spouse Lois Berkeley (Pyne); his children, Mallory Christine and Zachary Robert; his parent Patricia Berkeley (Shea); and his sibling Christine Berkeley. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.

It is requested that in lieu of flowers, donations in his memory be sent to the Berkeley Children's Educational Fund c/o Rockland Trust Co. 58 Main St. Franklin, MA 02038.
