He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertrand Bernard and Hilda Bernard (Burnette); his brothers, Jeff, Jesse and Joe Bernard; and also Judith M. Bernard (Haswell).
He is survived by: his children, Jessica M. Bernard of Bellingham, MA, Jerremy C. Bernard (Sarah) of Bellingham, MA, Judith A. Adams (Doug) of Mendon, MA and Jilliann E. Holmes (Kyle) of Bellingham, MA.; his grandchildren, Samantha, Kyle, Micayla, Caitlin, Michael, Brianna, Ryan, Chase, Madison, Juliette and Jaxson; and his siblings, Virginia Parent (Jose), Jack Bernard (Cindy) of Bellingham, MA and Alex Mattice. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
