He was predeceased by: his parents, John Butler and Florence Butler (Brodeau); and his sibling Denford Butler. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth J. Butler (Philbrook); his daughters, Carol J. Wyatt of Moosup, CT and Julie M. Gardner (Stu) of Franklin, MA.; his grandchildren, Angela Short (Greg) of Pomfret, CT and Jerry Ferguson of Woonsocket, RI; his great grandchildren, Haley, Nicholas Short and Lily Ferguson; and his sister Janice Mangano.
In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Jerrald M. Butler to the Dana-Farber Cancer Center, 20 Prospect St., Milford, MA 01757 would be appreciated.
