He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard D. Harrigan and Judith Harrigan Sr. (Rouille); and his siblings, Howard D. Harrigan Jr. and Gisele Smith (Frank Smith) of Woonsocket, RI.. He is survived by: his wife Eunice G. MacAlpine (Donnelly); his children, Carleigh A. Harrigan of So, Grafton and Rebecca Harrigan of Whitinsville, MA.; his grandson Cooper Harrigan; and his siblings, Lisa Short (LeAnne Short) of Florida, Kenneth Harrigan (Tracy) of Northbridge, MA, Jessica Harrigan (Rebecca Harrigan) of Durham and Monique Tardif (Moreen Tardif) of Spencer, MA. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and cousins.
