Poulos, Jr. of Litchfield, NH; her grandchildren, James Poulos of Bellingham, Jeremy Poulos of Lowell, Nicholas Poulos of Bellingham, Rebecca Trappe (Poulos) of Dayton, OH, John Poulos III of New York City, Jeffrey Poulos of Medford, NJ, Julie Sims (Poulos) of San Pedro, CA and Mark Lefebvre; her great grandchildren, Sophia Poulos, Jackson Poulos, Soli Poulos and James Trappe; her goddaughter Kathy Kelly of Fort Myers, FL; her children, Patricia Donnelly (Poulos) and James R. Poulos; and her siblings, Richard, Joseph, Robert, Ernest, Grace Stewart and Doris Henderson.
