She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Thomas R. Kozak and Joan M. Kozak (Hilton) of Blackstone, MA; her siblings, Debra Sacco (John) of Bellingham, MA, Victoria Kelly of Bellingham, MA and Thomas Kozak of Woonsocket, RI.; and her aunt Ann Brown of Bellingham, MA. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cartier's Funeral Home (151 S Main St, Bellingham, MA 02019).
