He was predeceased by: his parents, Argirios Stathakis and Fani Stathakis (Kaitazi); and his sibling Haralambros Stathakis. He is survived by: his spouse Chonita Saurane Stathakis; his son Harris Stathakis; and his siblings, Elli Gianoulas, Paul Stathakis, Nicholas Stathakis, Maria Garalis and Anastasios Stathakis.
