He was predeceased by: his parents, Norma Adams and Robert Adams; his brother Robert M. Adams; and his grandparents, Susie Rogers, David and Florence Adams.

He is survived by: his sister Leslee Adams of Erie; his nieces, Holly Adams (Max Maas) of North East and Michelle Adams of Warren; and his sister-in-law Peggy Adams of Venango. He is also survived by many cousins and dear friends.
