He is survived by: his wife Lou Forestal (Anger); his children, Brian Forestal (Kara Gilman) of Ashland, Barbara Devine (Tom Grossi) of Norton and Kelly Forestal (Russell Vallee) of Bellingham; his grandchildren, Nicholas Henderson (Sonya) of Norton, Nathan Forestal (Kortni) of Bellingham, Daniel Forestal (Allie) of Woonsocket, Nadine Forestal of Bellingham, Timothy Sanson (Attleboro), Thomas Forestal of Bellingham and James Forestal of Bellingham; his great grandchildren, Nathan Jr., Logan and Kendall; and his brother-in-law Gerald Anger (Debra) of Michigan.
