He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlos E. Silva Sr. and Esther Silva (Verlade). He is survived by: his wife Rita A. Silva (Huaman); his children, Karina Fernandez Espinoza, Raquel Tacuri, Dana Silva and Carlos Silva; his grandchildren, Karter, Lunabella, Nia, Kaileb and Malakai; and his stepchildren, Angye, Sthuar and Nicole.
