She was predeceased by: her husband James F. Courtney; her parents, Jason H. Forsythe and Florence A. Forsythe (Cummiskey); her daughter Linda D. Selima (Charles Selima) of Woonsocket, RI.; and her siblings, Muriel Lyons, Mary Violet Keaveney, Dorothy M. Foley, Anna L. Forsythe, Ruth E. Finacchiaro, Thomas J. Forsythe, Joseph V. Forsythe, William A. Forsythe and Leo F. Forsythe.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra King (David) of Pottstown, PA, Teresa Sousa (Anthony) of Hudson, MA and Mary F. Courtney of Bellingham, MA. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
