She was predeceased by: her husband Michael C. Kagan; her parents, Israel Katz and Fannie Katz (Gerson); her son Phillip Kagan; and her sister Elaine Freeman.

She is survived by: her pet Billy; her son David Kagan (Jennifer) of Medway; and her grandchildren, Phillip, Sarah and Charlotte.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Annette's name may be made to: Shriners Hospital for Children, Dev.
