He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wassily Korenewsky and Erna Korenewsky; his wife Denise Korenewsky; his sons, Aaron (Aylin) and Matthew Korenewsky; and his siblings, Fred Korenewsky (Sue), Olga Gustin (late Marvel Gustin), Dora Tudryn (Charlie), Peter Korenewsky (Pam), Andy Korenewsky and Joseph Korenewsky. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.

Wesley's sons ask that donations in his memory be made to either St. Jude or the Shriners Hospital for Children.
