We are sad to announce that on June 1, 2019 we had to say goodbye to Matthew Zalucki (Belchertown, Massachusetts), born in Springfield, Massachusetts. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gerald Zalucki and Suzanne Zalucki (Daudelin); his sister Jessica Zalucki; and his pet Rico. He was also cherished by grandparent, several aunts, cousins and extended family and friends.

Matt's family requests that in lieu of flowers, to honor his love for Hockey, donations be made to the "Matthew Zalucki Hockey Fund".
