She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Karcher and Marion Frangakis (Fuller); her husband Edmund J. Pepin, Jr.; her brother Charles; and her nephew Charles Frangakis.

She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Smith (Richard) and Michael Frangakis; her niece Angela Cooley; and her nephews, Christopher Frangakis, Nicholas Smith, Richard Smith, Mike Guntor and Gary Ricker.
