He was predeceased by: his mother Sandra M. Smith; and his siblings, Melissa and Brian Smith. He is survived by: his children, Alayna Paulajka (Noah), Summer Muzerall, Caitlynne Martin, IvyRose Hoyle, Ciara Hoyle, Chance Smith and Cheyenne Smith; and his siblings, Terri Kamienski, Pete Kamienski, Jason Smith (Mandy), Celena Smith, Keith Smith (Julie) and Crystal Smith. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
