She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph Maziarz and Stephanie Maziarz (Wilk); her children, Kathleen Duncan (Warren), Daniel Perkins of Brookfield, Timothy Perkins of Belchertown and Randy Perkins (Warren); and her husband Albert Perkins. She was also cherished by 12 grand children and 8 great-grand children.
