Joan N. Poole Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan N. Poole of Belchertown, Massachusetts, born in Amherst, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 5, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Homer "Jack" Poole; her siblings, Mary E. Roberts of New Milford, CT and Arthur B. Pickering (Charles Newkirk) of Amherst; and her granddaughter Raquel Poole. She is survived by: her children, Dorothy Burns (Poole) of Westerly, RI, Heidi Johnson (Poole) of Marston Mills, MA and Kenneth A. Poole of Belchertown; her stepson Douglas Poole of Liverpool, NY.; and her grandchildren, Jillian Daly (Burns), Autumn Bartlett (Burns), Odelia Deangelis (Burns), Erik Nicholoplus, Robert Nicholoplus, Elizabeth Johnson and Kenny Brouillette (Poole).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to either the Belchertown Senior Center or Hope United Methodist Church Choir.
