It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jason Edward Zolendziewski of Belchertown, Massachusetts, born in Holyoke, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 14, 2021, at the age of 37, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, James Zolendziewski and Julie Zolendziewski (Sawyer) of Belchertown; his daughter Jamie; his brother Mark (Lindsay); his nephews, Landon and Nolan of Johnstown, Ohio.; and his girlfriend Leah Robertson of Belchertown.

In lieu of flowers, a Memorial Fund has been set up for Jamie Lynn Zolendziewski, c/o Country Bank 21 N. Main St., Belchertown, MA 01007.
