He was predeceased by: his parents, Donzel N. Patrick, Sr. and Pearl J. Patrick (Quesnel); and his brothers, Richard, Michael, Edward, David, Donzel Jr. and Keith Patrick.
He is survived by: his wife Jeannine R. Patrick (Ricard); his sons, Jeffrey H. Patrick (Valerie) of Chicopee and Brian P. Patrick (Carrie) of Belchertown; his grandchildren, Lynzee, Conor, Nathan and Makayla Patrick; and his brothers, James Patrick (Lorraine) of Chicopee and William Patrick (Nikki) of Clearwater, FL. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his memory to the Shriners Hospital for Children, (Please Specify Springfield), 516 Carew Street, Springfield, MA 01104.
