He is survived by: his wife Neige White (DaSilva); his son Jacob White (Jake); his sisters, Cindy White, Ann Marie (Robert Opalenik) and Neige (Jake); his mother-in-law Eloisia Meneses of Brazil; his aunts, Virginia Simpson of Florida and Mary Cleary of Ludlow; his friends, Claudio and Daniela Moreira of Belchertown; and his caregivers, Susan and Pia. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, and cousins.
