With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Caitlin C. Sullivan (Belchertown, Massachusetts), born in Holyoke, Massachusetts, who passed away on May 30, 2023 at the age of 35. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Francis X. Sullivan Jr.; and her grandparents, Barbara, Bill Anyon, Francis X. Sr. and Kathleen Sullivan.
She is survived by: her mother Donna Kustra (Anyon); her fiancé Jeff Conchieri; her siblings, Erin Marchese (Aldo), Gabrielle Dejoinville (Stephen) and Brendan Sullivan; and her caregivers, Lizzy, Haley and Cari. She is also survived by numerous aunts and uncles, several nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
