Sjostrom, Jr. (Lori Valliere) of Belchertown and Lisa Routhier (Dwayne, Sr.) of Belchertown; her grandchildren, Holden Sjostrom (Melissa West), Dwayne Routhier Jr., Ashley Lefebvre and Mary Valliere; her great grandchildren, Caden and Noah Sjostrom; her sister Shirley Jenks; and her nephew Donald of Chicopee. She is also survived by many loving extended family members and dear friends.
