She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Gay and Aurelia Gay; her siblings, Bernadette, Irene, Genevive and Edward; and her son Harold Bushey Jr..
She is survived by: her husband George Patullo; and her daughters, Laura Long (Bushey) of Chaumont, NY, Brenda Patullo of Chicopee, MA and Joanna Bradway (Kevin Bradway) of Newton, NC. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to Shriners Hospital for Children or Guiding Eyes for the Blind.
