He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Antonin Canuel and Florentine Canuel (Otis); his wife Rita (Gagne); and his children, Constance Canuel of Springfield, Daniel Canuel, Coleen, David Smolinski of Ludlow, Angela, Thomas Bamber of Ludlow, Philip, Margarita Canuel of Belchertown, Pamela Canuel of Belchertown and Alexis Canuel. He was also cherished by 12 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild along with extended family.
