He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Sieradzinski and Cecelia Sieradzinski (Coveleskie); his brothers, Joseph Sardzinski (late Marsha) and John "Jackie" Sardzinski (Georgiana); his wife Barbara Sardzinski (Bishop); and his son Christopher J. Sardzinski.
He is survived by: his pet Holly; his son Mark T. Sardzinski (Concetta); and his grandchildren, Sabrina, Sam and Sophia. He is also survived by cousins, in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
