He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Hynes and Bridget Mollie Hynes (Culliney); and his brother Joseph Hynes. He is survived by: his daughter Naomi Hynes; his sisters, Patricia Bakey, Helen Hynes Grotz and Mary Murphy; and his former wife Elena Hynes (Cohen). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, extended family members and friends.
