He is survived by: his children, Thomas A. Dateo Jr. of Fitchburg and Carla Moore (Francis "Chip" Moore) of Florida; his sister Mary Ann Derry; and his grandchildren, Major Kyle Moore, Lt. Cord Moore, Navy, Lynsey McCarthy, Hadley Moore, Colby Rielly, Dr. Alessandra Moore, Michael Dateo and Sarah Dateo. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
