He was predeceased by: his son David Maxon; and his parents, Thomas Maxon and Maude Maxon. He is survived by: his wife Judith Maxon (Niles); his daughter Jennifer Maxon Kennelly; his son-in-law Jim Kennelly of Fairfield, CT; his daughter Laura Stewart (Maxon); his grandchildren, Fiona, Emma, Hannah, Jim, Gail, Jason and Jessica; his siblings, Thomas Maxon of Georgetown, MA, Reggie Maxon of Sebring, FL, Nancy Crider (Maxon) of Bradenton, FL and James Maxon of Bedford, MA; and also, Robbie Stewart of Glasgow and Scotland.
