She was predeceased by: her husband Roger R. Derby. She is survived by: her sons, Wallace Hurd III (Kate) of Virginia, David B. Hurd (Karen) of Maine, Gregory Hurd (Janet) of Arizona and Mark Hurd (Gayle) of Massachusetts. She is also survived by five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
