With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert J. Guarente of Bedford, Massachusetts, born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 17, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Guarente and Helen (Leyden); his daughter Joyce Roberts-Guarente; his grandson Brendan Sullivan; and his brother William Guarente.
He is survived by: his wife Joan A. (Campbell); his daughters, Laureen Guarente of Harwich and Nancy Richard (Joseph) of Bedford; and his grandchildren, Cody Cagnina, Kyle Cagnina, Brian Butcher, Brant Butcher, Michael Richard, Ryan Richard and Matthew Richard. He is also survived by many loving relatives and friends.
