It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lorraine R. Smith of Bedford, Massachusetts, born in Medford, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 3, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Smith; her parents, Sebastiano Galasso and Geraldine Galasso (Russo) of Italy; and her brother John Galasso of Medford. She is survived by: her daughters, Lauri Buonopane (Steve) of Bedford and Diane Brown (Rick) of Newport Beach; her stepsons, Martin Smith (Veronica) of Chelsea and Douglas Smith (Sharon) of Sturbridge; and her brother Robert Galasso. She is also survived by grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
