He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Rodolfo Guedea, Raymond and Carolyn Hallin. He is survived by: his parents, Yolanda Sue Guedea and Stephen C. Hallin; his brother Karl N. Hallin (Shanna); his niece Evelyn; his nephew Isaac; his sister Kirsten A. Gunter (Ben); his stepfather Jerry Parsons; and his grandmother Marice Guedea. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, & cousins.
