He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Moore Newhall (Nason) and Charles Boardman Newhall; his brothers, David and Bill; his children, Mary Higgins (John), Charles L. Newhall (Anne Nichols Hill), Hannah Sanger (Matthew) and Rebecca Newhall (Travis Reese); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Higgins, John Newhall, Bridget Higgins, Skye Newhall and Benjamin Reese; and his daughter-in-law Jazz Newhall.
He is survived by: his wife Katharine (Copeland).
