He was predeceased by: his parents, Steven J. Janek and Rose Janek (Sojka); his wife Dorothy Janek (Foley); and his daughter Caroline Janek. He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Clark of Devens and Jennifer Whitman (William) of North Attleboro; his grandchildren, Katherine, Elizabeth, Zachary Clark, Timothy, Jeffrey Whitman, Joshua, Nicole, Sarah and Ceili Janek; and his great grandchildren, Madison Landine, Dexter Janek, Shelby Whitman and Mason Davini.
