He is survived by: his children, Dennis, Frances Cooke of Lexington, MA, Brian, Lucinda Cooke of Greenwich, CT, Deborah and Steve Shurdut of Scituate, MA; and his grandchildren, Kayla, Justin, Ryan Cooke, Patrick and Bridget Shurdut.
